• Delivery: We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at studio@thecoastaledit.au within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
• Resolution: We will provide a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit or found to be defective, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Exclusions: While we take every care with fragile items, please note that glass products are shipped at the buyer’s risk; we recommend our Acrylic option for maximum durability.
