By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Ownership of Content

All images available for printing and framing through The Coastal Edit are shot, owned, and copyrighted by James Rowe. Any unauthorized replication, distribution, or use of these images, in whole or part, is strictly prohibited. By purchasing prints from The Coastal Edit, you are granted a non-exclusive license to own a physical print of the image but not the rights to reproduce, distribute, or use the image for commercial purposes.

3. Product Description and Pricing

The Coastal Edit offers custom printing and framing services. All products and prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, even after an order has been placed.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you agree to purchase the selected products under these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by prod.haus2 Pty Ltd. Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payments through various online payment methods, including credit/debit cards and [other payment methods, if applicable]. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been confirmed, we will begin processing it for production and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will aim to ship your product within 10 business days of order confirmation.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. prod.haus2 Pty Ltd is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are custom-made to order, The Coastal Edit does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos to initiate a claim.

Refunds or replacements may be provided at the discretion of prod.haus2 Pty Ltd depending on the nature of the issue.

Only acrylic (our default option) is covered, glass is not covered due to its fragile nature.

Please note that we will only process claims for products that are damaged in transit or are defective, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights associated with the images, website, and branding of The Coastal Edit, are owned by James Rowe and prod.haus2 Pty Ltd.

By placing an order, you agree to not replicate, distribute, or use the images or other content of The Coastal Edit for commercial purposes without express written consent from James Rowe.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your personal information will only be used for processing your order, responding to inquiries, and for related purposes such as marketing (if you opt-in to receive updates).
