We know how excited you are to receive your order and we do our best to get it sent out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be sent.

Yes, you can. We offer many more framing options and can custom print any size from A4 to massive. Just reach out and let us know what your vision is. 

We would love to help out our friends overseas but, at this stage we only ship to customers in Australia.

Sometimes accidents happen and we would never want you to end up with a damaged product. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please reach out to us so we organise a replacement for you.

As our products are custom-made to order, The Coastal Edit does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos to initiate a claim.

Refunds or replacements may be provided at the discretion of The Coastal Edit depending on the nature of the issue. Please note that we will only process claims for products that are damaged in transit or are defective, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Only acrylic (our default option) is covered, glass is not covered due to its fragile nature.
